My name is Shadey Mackay. No, it’s not pronounced ‘shady’, you nana! 🙂  I live in Cape Town with my red-bearded husband and our two red-furred cats. My favourite chocolate is creamy, my favourite nut is a macadamia, and my favourite thing to do on a Wednesday is having coffee with my husband in the evening.

Nothing much more to say about me, except that I am interested in many things – from art and chocolate to yoga and books. This blog is all about those things and my adventures in them.
